The external lighting is severely lacking, making the approach risky!!! The room's bathroom was too minute, offering little space for personal items. A bit more attention to detailing would go a long way!!!

i almost wrote a good review until i realized i had to deal with a damp bed. the highlight was definitely the breakfast box, which was just a cereal portion barely enough for ants. I expected a posh upgrade but was treated like everyone else. utterly disappointing. the lack of care is alarming!

i had a fantastic stay at the great western arms! the burger of the day was fantastic, and the staff really catered to my daughter's dietary needs. the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, exceeding my expectations in every way during this city holiday.

no cooked breakfast before 10am.

I had a nice stay in a Deluxe Double Room with Shower. The room was comfortable, and the shower was top-notch! Also enjoyed the welcome pack of tea and biscuits. The space felt cozy, though it was on the smaller side. It was quiet at night, which was a big plus! Definitely made my stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at The Great Western Arms! The location was perfect for attending a wedding nearby, and our Deluxe Double Room was comfortable with excellent shower facilities. The breakfast box prepared for our early departure was a lovely touch that made our morning easier.

The staff were lovely and incredibly attentive which made our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the spot on location as it was ideal for our onward journey. The breakfast box outside our room for an early departure was a thoughtful touch that we appreciated.

Had a lovely stay with a clean, comfy double room and a nice welcome pack of teas and biscuits waiting for me. The quality shower made my mornings great, and I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area too. The room was a bit small, but it was quiet and totally fine for my one night here. Definitely grab a welcome pack if you can! 😊
